Information and Referral Worker

Living Learning Pakenham provides information, referral, support, advocacy and negotiation for members of the Cardinia Shire community on a wide range of subjects, i.e. Centrelink, utility bills, housing difficulties. Volunteers are provided training in advocacy and interview skills. Volunteers will be required to have basic computer and organisational skills. Position involves data entry, maintaining information and producing a newsletter.
