Fun and friendly strength training class to maintain or increase your strength for everyday tasks and improve your posture. Regular strength training can improve the symptoms of arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and pre existing injuries. Designed especially for those new to strength training, this program, led by a qualified fitness instructor, will introduce you to the basics in a safe, relaxed and supportive environment.
