Yoga is a good way to help de-stress, calm the mind and body.Practicing postures that are slow-paced, stretching with some simple breathing exercises and relaxation and meditation.This one hour class is a good start to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga.
Please bring own Yoga mat, blanket and towel.
