
Suited to people training and supervising workers handling food and also for the person writing the food safety plan (HACCP) and responsible for its implementation. Two accredited units are covered as part of a nationally recognised skill set:
HLTFS310B Oversee the day to day implementation of food safety in the workplace
HLTFS310B Apply and monitor food safety requirements
Pre-requisite: HLTFS207B Follow basic food safety practices
