Certificate IV in Disability

This course combines practical experience and classroom theory to provide students with the skills and knowledge to work  and support people with disabilities to enhance their levels of independence and community participation, in residential group homes, day respite centre’s homes and their environments.

Certificate IV in Disability Work has a considerable homework load. Please note that computers are accessible to students by appointment.

Successful completion requires a minimum of 10 compulsory units and 5 elective units.

Pre Requisite Course suitable for people with industry experience and/or a level 3 certificate from Community Services field.
