Facility Hire

Living Learning Pakenham has a range of training rooms, meeting spaces and equipment available for hire. To arrange bookings or make enquiries telephone the office on 03 59412389 or email llinc@llinc.com.au.

Living Learning Pakenham is a shared facility and for the benefit of all groups and participants we ask that

1. An acceptable noise level is maintained by everyone.
2. Participants stay in the area they have rented.
3. Children are accompanied by an adult while in the shared downstairs area.
4. Groups wash, drying and put away their dishes in the shared kitchen area.

Our rooms have set furniture. While we are happy for renters to set rooms up as they wish they are required to place the furniture back to the original arrangement. Renters can also request access to additional tables and chairs however this is subject to availability and they will be responsible for the setting up and packing up of furniture.

Some of our rooms are on a mezzanine floor accessible by stairs and a disability lift.

Level One – Mezzanine level

Large Activity Room is approx 100 square metres, has hard floor and is suitable for physical activities. Room has air-conditioning. Access to tables and chairs must be requested and is dependent on availability.

Training Room 1 and 2 have whiteboards, tables and chairs for up to 25 students.

Training Room 3 has whiteboard, tables and chairs for up to 20 students.

Training Room 2 and 3 can be opened to seat up to 40 or tables and chairs for 30 students

Business Computer Room has 15 computers, data projector and screen, whiteboard, printer,

air-conditioning. Bond required.

Small Computer Lab has 7 computers, printer, tables and chairs to seat 8, whiteboard. Bond Required.

Interview Room has tables and chairs for 6 and whiteboard.

Ground Level

Community Room can seat up to 40. Room has whiteboard and access to tables and chairs for up to 25 students. Room has air-conditioning

Studio 1 or 2 has hard floor, access to easels, tables and chairs, sink and cupboards, studio lighting, whiteboard. Studio 1 and 2 can be opened up to double floor space.

Bump Space with Kitchen Informal space for large meetings, access to kitchen facilities, white-goods, crockery and utensils, urn, tables and chairs. Can seat up to 80 or 50 seated at tables. Limited availability.

Meeting Room has tables and chairs for 10 and whiteboard.

Office/ Interview Space can be requested by Community Service Providers outreaching to Pakenham and Cardinia Shire. Services should contact the Manager.

Living Learning Pakenham has a Smart Whiteboard with Short Throw projector, Data Projector and screen, large TV and DVD player, available to groups using the centre for an additional fee. Bookings essential

Room Rental Rates – Living Learning Pakenham has prices structured for Community not for profit /Peer support groups with no formal income and Government funded not for profit/ Business Groups who have government funding or are running a business.
